The challenge

SimplyCook has grown exponentially over the last few years thanks mainly to a brilliant acquisition strategy. However, in the face of increasing (and aggressive) competition during the pandemic, we needed to find SimplyCook a brand communications platform that could supercharge awareness and bring new audiences in for a trial

The solution

When C4’s iconic Come Dine with Me became available for sponsorship, it was a no brainer… Not only providing association with one of the most iconic food TV shows, but its tea-time slot hits audiences when they are most primed. Our idents are voiced by the infamous Dave Lamb who cooked up some witty one liners for the brand. This was paired with a social content activation to ensure an integrated campaign – worth 10s all round!
